However, during the recent series with the Cleveland Guardians, Yankees bat boy Nate Rosenhaus was seen with his long hair tucked into his helmet, and this sight drew attention from many Yankee fans, who called into the radio show of the Yankees’ play-by-play announcer Michael Kay to complain. Rosenhaus was the drummer for a Cleveland band called The Open Doors. His band gained over 1,000 new followers on Instagram after posting a photo of Rosenhaus and Rizzo wearing their shirts in the Yankees’ clubhouse, and they have booked a show in Brooklyn next month.
